Himalayan Balsam Eradication Program

Progress is well underway in removing this prohibited noxious weed from our shoreline but there are still many areas which are heavily infested. Volunteers are requested to patrol a stretch of shoreline and pick any plants found remaining as new plants will continue to germinate throughout the growing season. To be successful in eradicating this invasive species from our lake, everyone will have to participate in this program. Please report any areas of infestation to the Village Office.
